Ragnhildur Inga concluded her undergraduate studies in Psychology from the University of Iceland and her Master of Science in applied positive psychology from Bucks New University in London. For the last 10 years she has sought various and diverse education and courses in nutrition, functional medicine, and physical health, including certification from Institute for Functional Medicine, Applying functional medicine in clinical practise. Following her desire and interest in optimising people’s health and well-being, Ragnhildur founded her own health consultation practice, RINGA360Health, in 2015 focusing on an integrative approach to health, including, sleep, nutrition, physical activity and positive psychology interventions. She has consulted well over 300 people of different nationalities aiming for a long term improved health and psychological and embodied well-being. In her work she focuses on an integrative and personalized approach to maximise the client’s results towards better health and overall well-being.
